Cda TRI-fit is a fitness group
where athletes shape the team.
We have members training for anything from a 5k to a full Ironman so there is something for everyone. We also offer unique fitness classes for those who want to add variety to their training or simply want to get/stay in shape. We try to get outdoors as
much as possible and offer workouts that can't be found anywhere else. Basically it started out as a group of friends and now we have a dream to bring those in our community with an interest in fitness together.
