Dan was the 2003 head coach for the Leukemia Society's Team in Training. Dan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), an A.C.E. certified personal trainer, and a USA Triathlon certified coach. Dan has gained invaluable triathlon training and racing experience competing as one of Minnesota's top 10 triathletes for the past 6 years. He was nominated 2000 Rookie of the Year and 2006 Most Improved Triathlete by Midwest Events Magazine. He has completed five Ironman races and has many podium finishes as well as a couple overall victories.
