The Coaching Experience
Bellingham, WA

The Coaching Experience offers technical video analysis using the latest technology as utilized by the US Olympic team in the London Olympics.  Erica will work with you on whatever technical aspect of your swimming you need help with ranging from triathlons and open water races to swimming events, and keeping you healthy by having good habits when you swim for recreation.  Partner video footage with expert analysis helps you see your stroke and connect what you are feeling with what you are actually doing in the water.  As you fine-tune your stroke and begin to develop a better feel for the water, you will improve efficiency and swim faster without working harder.  If you are not located in the Bellingham area, send us your footage for analysis and expert advice to improve your stroke today.
The Coaching Experience also offers training programs to help give you a background and progress you through your season to achieve peak performances.  Choose from a basic workout plan to an individualized training program.

The Coaching Experience specializes in swim training for triathlons, open water, or masters events from the beginner to the expert.  I also work with recreational swimmers who want to stay healthy while maintaining a weekly swimming routine.  Contact me and let me know your goals and I'll let you know how I can help.
