I will write your monthly workouts and seasonal plans. In addition, I'll meet with you, if local, when you would like, monthly, weekly or bi-weekly. I also offer a private lesson rate if all you would like is to get your stroke analyzed. Video analysis above and below water and going to open water swims with you to observe you in the water beyond the pool. I'm full service coaching when it comes to the swim!
Long Distance has been what I attract, however I'm more then willing to coach and train in any distance of the race. I'm a USA certified swim coach am capable of coaching all ages and all strengths.
My specialty is in Open Water swimming, where I have successfully swam the English Channel twice. I have crossed the Maui Channel and swam Alcatraz along with other open water races and challenges. I love the experience to coach triathletes on the swim leg of their race where I have continuously seen an improvement from the water to the pool. I have had the good fortune of coaching several Kona qualifiers as well as multiple first time Iron Man finishers as well as Xterra races and many more.
