I offer individualized training plans, with as much communication (email, text, and phone) as the athlete needs. I also coach one-on-one swimming sessions and strength training sessions. Additionally, I coach 2 weekly group runs and an indoor cycling class.

I coach athletes training for Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, and Ironman triathlons, as well as those training for road races ranging in distance from the 5k to the marathon. I coach beginner as well as seasoned athletes.

I have been a competitive triathlete for over 25 years, including racing as a pro during several stages. I have competed in several Olympic-distance World Championships, the Ironman World Championship, the 70.3 World Championship, as well as at the Cross-country World Championship. I also placed in the top ten twice in the elite division at the New York City Triathlon. I have won several triathlons and road races, and placed 4th in my age group and 10th overall at the 2009 National Duathlon Championship.
I have been certified as a USA Triathlon coach for 2 years, and coach individuals and groups. Also, I am the race director of the Kids Who Tri Succeed Triathlon, and lead Valley Runners, a running club for all ages.
