For more than 15 years, Kyle has been involved with improving individual’s fitness levels and helping them achieve their goals. This started at Iowa State University as an Athletic Trainer responsible for prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries of various Division I athletes. After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at ISU, Kyle became a Certified Athletic Trainer through the NATA (National Athletic Trainer’s Association) and began working as a health care professional.

Kyle received two more years of experience with Division I athletes and a Master’s Degree as a Graduate Assistant Trainer at Utah State University. During his time here, Kyle also earned distinction as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Upon graduation, Kyle moved to Arizona to continue his passion of helping people improve their function and overall fitness. Gaining more experience working as an Athletic Trainer at PhysioTherapy Associates, Dobson High School, Chandler-Gilbert Community College, and Functional Performance Center, Kyle also increased his involvement with local athletic and fitness events. Kyle also served as an Assistant Swim Coach at Arizona State University and was instrumental in redesigning their strength and conditioning and injury prevention programs.

After increasing his involvement in community activities, Kyle recognized the need for athletic training services for many local individuals. Too often, physical therapy clients were limited by insurance companies and were lacking a professional continuum of care with an Athletic Trainer. Kyle also recognized several clients could benefit from the injury prevention, management, and rehabilitation skills of a Certified Athletic Trainer. This lead to the inception of Triplex Training in 2006.
