Services: The first step in the process is meeting and understanding an athletes' goals, strengths, and limiters. Then develop a comphrensive plan that will help then accomplish their goals, safely and successfully no matter what distance. Initial assessment is $100, Monthly fee is $150 or Hourly fee is $50. Background: I have been working with athletes for about 10 years, with the last 5 years concentrating on endurance sports, such as triathlons, and running events. I'm a licensed athletic trainer (LAT),certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and a Level 1 USAT Coach. I enjoy working with athletes of all skill levels and aim to provide customer centered service that will help the athlete meet their individual goals. I was also a member of the USA Medical Staff for 2006 Olympic Winter Games in Torino
