Over twenty years as a competitive athlete, including Division I intercollegiate sports and regional and national competition. Competing in triathlons and duathlons since 1999 - sprints, international, and ironman distance races. USATriathlon Level 1 coach. Successful sports coach since 1987 all levels and ages - elementary, high school, and collegiate (Divisions I and III) - and adults including full and half Ironman finishers. Especially enjoy working with first timers or experienced triathletes interested in going long (half to full iron). Dedicated to and skilled in helping people achieve their personal, professional, and athletic goals while balancing responsibilities, relationships, and health.
