Background:

I have been involved in sports as a professional athlete and coach for over 20 years. My coaching programs are designed specifically for each athlete depending on what each one wants to accomplish whether its a sprint race to an Ironman. I also provide nutritional help and support to each client which enables them to train more efficiently and at a higher level of performance. I am certified in multiple areas as well as with USAT and USA Cycling.
