Specializing in multisport coaching for athletes of all levels - from beginners to experienced triathletes.  My approach is extremely individualized and communicative coaching, no cookie-cutter programming.  I take into account your fitness level, experience, personal goals, work schedule, and family obligations to create a training program that will help you achieve your best.

I am available fro for face-to-face appointments for athletes in the greater Seattle area and do online coaching for long distance athletes.
