Shea began racing triathlons in 2000. Since then she has raced every distance of triathlon, including Ironman and USAT age group nationals.
Shea brings this vast racing experience to her coaching business which she began in 2008.
Shea also coaches kids from the age of 6-13. In 2010, two of her kids qualified and competed in the Ironkids National Championship in St. Petersburg, Florida.
