Background: MJ Slikas is an accomplished triathlete and has competed in over 100 triathlons in all distances of triathlon from Sprint to Ironman.  Her triathlon career includes 8 Ironman finishes, one of them being the World Championship in Kona, HI.  MJ is the head coach of the Tri Smart Masters Swim Team based in Lemont, IL.  MJ is also a USAT Certified Coach, has qualified for and run the Boston Marathon, and consistently places in the top of her age group in all distances of triathlon.
