I’m Valerie Hunt and have been in the Austin fitness scene for the past 20 years.
I am one of 5 Certified master POSE coaches in the US, and teach the CrossFit Running Certifications. I am also CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance certified. I hold a B.S. in Kinesiology from U.T Austin and have been working as a personal trainer to athletes of all ages and abilities since 1990.
