I have been a swim coach & instructor since 2010; coaching ages 5 years old to 80 years old across four teams (due to moving with the Military).
From '20-'21, I oversaw the health, fitness & wellness of 3,000 Active Duty Members at my unit. I managed & executed several fitness challenges & wrote training plans for members.
