«Worked well for me as first year triathlete»

For my first year using the periodization technique of training and my first year as a triathlete it was a nice simple way to get everything documented. I find that the more I write down what I eat and what exercise I do, the better results I get. My season is over but I did excellent compared to last year and I just purchased this item again for next year. It will be great to compare my results a year from now.

Then, building on the copyable forms appended to the first edition of the 'Bible', Joel Friel prompts you to write down your season goals, landmarks for those goals, and your strengths and weaknesses.

The calendar entry portion is as follows:
1. Each week occupies four pages (including a section for a weekly summary).
