• Swim: (14 mile) The swim is a loop.There will be a minimum of 5 wave starts. Wetsuits allowed.
• Bike: (15.2 miles) All right turns, flat bike course will be well marked and marshalled. NO DRAFTING!!!
• Run: (2.8 miles) Flat & fast. Leave transition area and follow signs partially through the woods.
  
  Olympic Triathlon:
• Swim: (1500 meters) The swim is 2 loops.There will be 2-3 wave starts. Wetsuits allowed.
• Bike: (25 miles) Mostly right turns, flat and fast course will be well marked and marshalled.
  Run: (10k ) partially off road fast and flat

• Take Ben Franklin Bridge to I-76 east to NJ-42 South.
• Take NJ-55 South toward Deptford/Glassboro/vineland.
• Merge onto NJ-47/Delsea Drive
• Go 2.8 miles and turn slight left onto New stage road/NJ-347
• Go 3.2 miles and turn left at stop sign.
• Turn right at the next intersection and follow for 1.5 miles to park.
  
  Directions From Points South on Route 95
• Take Route 95N across the Delaware Memorial Bridge (or from the North - Take NJ TPK South past the final toll booth).
• Then exit on Route 49 east. Follow Rt. 49E for 36 miles.
• Turn right on Rt. 47 South in Millville for 8 miles.
• Bear left on Rt. 347 South for 3.5 miles and turn left at the stop sign.
• Turn right at the next intersection and follow for 1.5 miles to park.
  
  Directions From Garden State Parkway:
• Take Exit 20 and follow Rt. 9 South to Rt. 550 West for 15 miles to park.
• Follow brown signs to Belleplain State Forest
