2013 Spring Meadow Triathlon & Aquabike:

  • A Sprint, Olympic, Teams, Aquabike and kids tri will be offered on July 7, 2013.

    • Course Information:


    Triathlon Course Information:
  • Race start, finish and transitions are located at the Spring Meadow Lake State Park.

    Swim:
  • Open water lake swim in Spring Meadow Lake.
  • Start on North beach of Spring Meadow Lake, swim through channel into large part of lake and loop in large part of lake.
  • Bouys are set for both Olympic distance and Sprint distance.

    Bike:
  • The out and back cycling course is on a rolling 2-lane paved road.

    Run:
  • The flat & fast run course is on trail, dirt road and pavement.
  • The 5K loop circles, the lake and then runs out onto nearby streets.
  • Finish back at the lake. 
  • The Olympic distance triathlon does 2 loops on the same 3.1 mile course.
