Description:

2013 Country Roads Triathlon:

  • Swim is a 9 lap course at the Wakeeney water park.
  • Bike leg is an out and back on highway 283.
  • The run is throught the streets of wakeeney.
  • Chip timing is provided by Oz race management.
  • Individuals, teams or any combiation is fine.
  • All proceads go to fight cancer.

    Swim:
  • Swim is at the Wakeeney water park.

    Bike:
  • The bike leg is an out and back on highway 283.
  • Very little traffic.
  • Course will be patrolled by Kansas highway patrol during the race.
  • The bike has "the big hill" coming back to the water park.

    Run:
  • The run is through the streets of Wakeeney.
  • 5K is fairly flat.
  • Food, smoothies and music through- out the race.

  • Wakeeney Kansas exit 127 and 128 on interstate 70 in western Kansas.
  • Wakeeney Water Park is at 716 6th street.
