With a pool swim, rolling hill bike ride and mainly flat run course, this event is great for beginners, triathletes in training and even seasoned competitors.
1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike, 3 mile run. Anyone over the age of 16 years (on the day of the race) can register. Warm-ups are available at 6:00 am.
