3rd Annual Tri To Help - Indoor Triathlon For Epilepsy.

All proceeds raised at this Baltimore based event are going to The Johns Hopkins Pediatric Epilepsy Center.

Course Information:

10-minute swim in lap pool

10-minute transition (swim to bike)

30-minute bike on stationary bike

5-minute transition (bike to run)

20-minute treadmill run

Other Info:

Starting: First heat begins at 8:00 AM.

A new heat begins every 40 minutes.

Each participant will select a preferred start time during registration.

Start times will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis and to the closest available slot possible.

Each participant will receive an email with a unique start time and official rules prior to the event.

Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your designated start time.

Packet Pickup: Packet pick-up will occur day of race at the Brick Bodies Reisterstown Health Club & Aquatics Center.

Packets may be picked up as early as 7:00 am.

Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your designated start time.
