Course Information:
- Start with a brisk swim in Lake Welch.
- Followed by a 2-Lap hilly bike course with 1500+ feet of elevation gain/loss per lap.
- Finish with a moderately difficult out & back run course over rolling (paved) terrain with 560 feet of elevation gain/loss.
