- St. Gabriels Community Foundations inaugural Duathlon promoting exercise and wellness will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013. This unique event will feature a 3K run, a 13 mile bike race and a 5K run, all staged out of McDowell Dam.
Other Info:
This event is for the young and old, novice and expert, and mom and dad. Because you may be an avid runner, but not a biker, or a biker lacking the functioning bodily wheels to run, we are offering an opportunity to compete individually or as a team of two or three. Or, if you dont have that competitive spirit to race but want to participate for the cause, we will also be hosting a 3K walk/run. Pre-race registration and information pick up will be held Friday, August 2nd from 12 noon to 7PM at St. Gabriels Community, 4580 Coleman Street, Bismarck 58503. Race Day we will be available from 7am-8:30 at McDowell Dam, Pre-race meeting at 8:30 and event start time at 9 AM.
