We are very fortunate to have a great race location. The start/finish line is located a Salamonie State park. If you have not been here before, you are in for a treat. There are numerous bald eagles, open water, rivers,streams, waterfalls, cliffs, and stream. The race is a short drive from Fort Wayne, South Bend and Indianapolis. You are welcome to camp at the park the night prior to the race. We will be there setting up for a big day of adventure. Please feel free to bring, friends or family to hangout during the race. Once the race is over, we'll supply free food, some nice door prizes and awards.
Course Information:
There are more than 11,000 acres of property to explore. The eight hour course will be rigorous with biking, running/navigation, and canoeing/kayaking. It is designed for intermediate to expert racers. The four hour race will have the same disciplines but will be easier. It will cater to beginner to intermediate racers.

Race Format
There will be two races, the first starting at 5:00am and the second starting at 9:00am, both races finish at 1:00pm. The first race will have some dark-time racing (this should be a lot of fun). It is designed for those who are in good physical shape and want to push themselves physically and mentally. The navigation and physical portions will be tougher than shorter race. The second race will be significantly easier, less navigation, easier terrain and is designed for new to intermediate adventure racers. There will be a mandatory gear list.
