4th Annual Gunter's Grunt and Grind Adventure Race. Year one was in the State Park. Years two and three we went Urban and downtown due to damage to the State Park by tornadoes and storms. Some hard working guys and gals have put forth much effort to open the majority of the trails back up again. So this year we are returning to the park and we will have 2 races. A Super Sprint (4-6hr course) and a Sprint (2-3hr course). Team participation is encouraged but not required. The legs of the race will consist of running, mtbiking, paddling and challenges.
