    • Course Information:

  • TRI: Swim a clockwise loop in Portage Lake with wave starts.
  • Bike is also a loop course on rolling paved roads.
  • Run is on rolling hills, partly on trails.
  • Duathlon first run is mixed trail and roads within the park - (bike and second run same as tri).

    • Directions:

  • Portage Lake Beach, Waterloo Recreation Area, near Grass Lake, MI - off Seymour Road
  • (for purposes of mapquest use 11500 Seymour Rd, Grass Lake, MI 49240)
