Course Information:
6 yr. olds
The Swim is a 50 yard swim in a pool with a wave start for each individual.
The Bike is a 1.2 mile bike course. *BIKE HELMETS MUST BE WORN*
The Run is a .6 mile run
7-10 yr. olds
The Swim is a 100 yard swim in a pool with a wave start for each individual.
The Bike is a 2 mile bike course. *BIKE HELMETS MUST BE WORN*
The Run is a .6 mile run
11-14 yr. olds
The Swim is a 100 yard swim in a pool with a wave start for each individual.
The Bike is a 3 mile bike course. *BIKE HELMETS MUST BE WORN*
The Run is a 1.2 mile run
