2014 Backus Rainy Lake Triathlon:

- Swim 1/4 mile on Rainy Lake, bike 11 miles and run 5k in the beautiful woods of Northern Minnesota.
- Open to ages 15 and up.
- Enter as an individual or team of two or three.
- Fun for the whole family!

- Swim 1/4 mile on beautiful Rainy Lake,
- Bike 11 miles from City Beach to Jackfish Bay and back
- Run 5K starting and ending at City Beach
Directions:
International Falls is located on the Canadian border.
A short five hour drive from Minneapolis/St Paul.
City Beach is located on County Road 20 east of International Falls.
