Join us for this great duathlon starting at the Enumclaw Expo Center.

Course Information:

Choose the short course or the long course run along local roads.

Transition to your bike for a ride on rural roads through farmlands (make sure to appreciate Mt. Rainier!), up challenging Mud Mountain Dam Hill, and then scream down Highway 410.

If youre taking the long route, you get to do it one more time!

The final run for both routes takes you to the base of Mount Peak and back.

It is not recommend that you use ZIPP wheels for this course.

Enumclaw Expo Center: Highway 410 and 284th Ave SE, Enumclaw, WA. 98022. Use State Highways 164, 169, and 410. Approx. mileage: Seattle 38 mi, SeaTac 24 mi, Tacoma 21 mi.
