The Hilo Triathlon swim course is a 1500 meter clockwise triangular loop (~0.93 miles) in the crystal clear waters off James Kealoha Beach Park.

Bike: The Hilo Triathlon Bike course is an out and back 40km ride (24.85 miles) along the historical Hamakua coast on the Hawaii Belt Road.

Run: The Hilo Triathlon Run course is 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) 2-loop road run at sea level with spectacular ocean views.
