This "Off Season" Team MPI (Multisport Performance Institute) will conduct its Triathlon Indoor Swim Clinic combining a 45 minute dry land presentation with a 1 hour and 15 minute swim and video session and concluding with a 1 hour review of athletes film footage . These clinics will include filming and review of each athlete. This extremely beneficial tool will allow attendees to not only receive individual attention from a coach on deck but also see what their stroke looks like above and below the water. Improvements with technique changes are accelerated with this tactic. The clinics will occur at the beautiful Portofino Island Resort on Pensacola Beach utilizing their 25-meter indoor pool. Portofino offers first class amenities to athletes including a fitness center, spa and luxurious locker rooms.
