This event includes a 10 minute swim, a 20 minute bike ride (on an Expresso bike) and a 15 minute run/walk on a treadmill. Trophies will go to the overall male and female triathlete with medals going to 1st and 2nd place in 10 year age groups for male and female divisions. New for this year is the 3 person team category. One person from each team will participate in one of the 3 triathlon events. The individual and team categories will be scored separately. For full rules and regulations visit www.berwicky.org
