The third annual Old Forge Triathlon promises to be bigger and better than ever for the 2014 edition. Race sponsor Enchanted Forest Water Safari is back to give free water park passes to all athletes making this the PERFECT family race destination.
Course Information:
Athletes can expect a calm swim in the Pond of First Lake in the heart of Old Forge. The scenic bike course loops completely around First and Fourth Lakes. The 22 mile ride features some of the best scenery in the Adirondack Park as well as some great rolling hills and fast portions. The flat and fast four mile run caps off the day. Enjoy!
