Please allow us to personally invite you to join us for the inaugural Seminole County Police Athletic League's 5K at Sylvan Lake Park, 845 Lake Markham Rd, Sanford, FL 32771. Seminole County PAL is an organization that focuses on providing safe, recreational activities for youth, while building positive relationships between the youths and law enforcement.
Course Information:
The course will consest of running on roadway for approximatley 2 miles and the last mile will be troughout Sylvan Lake Park's beautiful Florida trails.
Directions:
Take I-4 toward Sanford, Florida, Exit at 101C toward Mount Dora. In approximately 2.9 miles make a left turn onto Lake Markham Rd. In approximately .8 miles, Sylvan Lake Park is on your left.
