2014 Family & Friends New Year's Triathlon
Sunday, January 20
Begins at 3:00 p.m.
Start the New Year on the right foot and shake off those winter blues! Compete as an individual or get your family/friends together with each member doing one leg of the event. Swim 20 minute (any stroke), bike on a guided course on our spinning bikes for 20 minutes, and run/walk on a treadmill for 20 minutes.
Course Information:
20 minute swim, 20 minute ride on a spin bike, 20 minutes on a treadmill
Swim will take place in a 25 yard pool.
Bike will take place on Spin Bikes.
Run will take place indoors on treadmills.
Your laps (for swimming) and run distance will be tracked.
There is no distance for the bike "leg."
