The Father's Day Triathlon and Duathlon is in its third year with its 400 yd swim or 2 mile run - 8 mile bike and 2 mile run course - a perfect family event for Dad on his special day. We will have special Father-Son and Father-Daughter Relay Team Divisions for this fun event.
Course Information:
Run- The run course begins directly outside the transition area and is a 2 mile out-and-back course on fire roads and trails within the park. There will be two aid stations with water and electrolyte beverage, plus energy gels on the run course. One at the start of the run, and one at the turn-around point on the run course. ALL athletes must wear their race number on the front of their body during the run and have it when crossing the finish line.
Directions:
Rancho Seco Park is the site of many of the TBF Racing summer events. The park features plenty of camping and the lake's summertime water temperature is in the 70s.
