The
OSU Ross Heart Hospital Open Water Swims (ROWS) is the perfect opportunity for
swimmers and triathletes of all ages and abilities to practice their open water
swimming in a fun, competitive environment and at distances not previously
offered at other venues.
It's also the perfect opportunity for triathletes to practice their open water
pacing and swimming in a mass start format. After each race you'll have a
chance to relax, kick back with friends, and enjoy the post race food and
drinks. Distances for the series include a 0.25 mile, 0.50 mile, 1 mile, and 2
mile swims.
New to open water swimming? Looking for open water swim technique and training
tips? Looking to improve your open water swimming overall? There is a swim
clinic as part of the activities led by certified triathlon swim coaches. No
additional cost is required to participate in the clinic.
