Hey triathletes let's get together for a community
BRICK workout and triathlon clinic open to all triathletes regardless of
experience and skill. This is a FREE training event where triathletes can work
on transition skills and take part in an organized BRICK.
A BRICK is a run, bike, run, bike, run training event that helps triathletes
train their legs and bodies to get used to "running off" the bike.
You can do as many BRICKs as you like and TriColumbus coaches and group leaders
will time your BRICK.
The BRICK distances are 12 mile bike and 1 or 2 mile runs.
Note: The bike course is non-monitored and all cyclists must exercise caution
and comply with all traffic laws and regulations, including those of USA
Triathlon regarding drafting, passing, and side-by-side riding.
