The Greenswell Wellness Triathlon & Duathlon is designed to be a fun event for all individuals regardless of their fitness and experience level.

This event is about enjoying it, and being a well-rounded athlete that has the perserverance to do three disciplines back to back.

Sprint Triathlon:0.45 mi swim+17 mi mile bike+ 3.1 mi run

Sprint Duathlon:2 mi run+17 mi bike+ 3.1 mi run

Olympic Triathlon:0.90 mi swim+ 26 mi bike+6.2 mi

From the Cleveland to host venue - Take Route 71 South Columbus to SR 36/37. Turn RIGHT toward Delaware. Take 36/37 toward Delaware - Stay in Left lane - Turn Left at South Old State Rd (There will be Alum Creek sign). Take Old State Rd approximately 5 miles to Lewis Center Rd (4 way stop) - Turn LEFT toward BEACH. Beach entrance is approximately 1 mile on the Left. From Toledo to host venue - Take S.R 23 South to Orange Rd- about 7 miles South of Delaware. Turn Left at Orange Rd. Take Orange Rd to Old State Rd - Turn LEFT. Take Old State Rd to Lewis Center Rd. Turn Right. Take Lewis Center Rd approximately 3 miles to BEACH entrance. Turn Left into Beach entrance.From Cincinnati to host venue - Take Route 71 North to SR 36/37. Turn LEFT toward Delaware. Packet pick-up: TBA Sunday, July 13 Triathlon & Duathlon Schedule Race Day registration begins 6:00 am Multisport Packet pick-up 6:00 am Transition Opens 6:00 am Transition Closes 7:15 am Event Formation Begins 7:15 am Triathlon & Duathlon START 7:30 am Event waves will be announced the week of the race as part of participant instructions that will be emailed. Course Closing Swim Course 9:00 am** Bike Course 10:30 am Run Course 11:00 am ** Athletes will not be able to start another swim lap after 9:00 am. Note: When bike course closes, there will no longer be traffic control officials on the bike course or at the park entrance and athletes will have to follow all traffic laws and regulations to complete the bike portion. TIMES are subject to change to inclement weather

Divisions

Event divisions are available to participants: Age divisions: Male & Female: Under 19, 20-24,25-29, 30-34,35-39,40-44,45-49,50-54,55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+ Clydesdale (Men 215 lbs +) and Athena (Female 160 lbs+) Relay team Note: Reference age-up rules for all age division participants

Shirts & Amenities

All participants will receive an organic soft-spun cotton shirt vs. a conventional cotton t-shirts or chemically-produced polyester technical shirt. For more details about our shirts, visit Greenswell Green. Athletes must be registered 10 days from the event date to be guaranteed an event shirt. Athletes registering within 10 days of the event date will need to sign an event shirt waiting list at athlete check-in and then check back after the race for shirt availability. Shirt size selected during registration will be the shirt size given you at athlete check-in. If the shirt size selected by you during registration is the incorrect size, you will need to complete a shirt size transfer list at athlete check-in. You will be required to check back after the race for size availability.

Event Rules

Participants must wear assigned number on the front of your shirt or shorts. Your number must be visible to checkpoint recorders at all times. Attach timing chip to your ankle with the provided strap. You will not be scored at the finish line unless your number is visible and your timing chip is attached when you cross the finish. Bike Helmets are mandatory. No exceptions. If Bike Helmet and bike numbers have been assigned, they must be secured to equipment. Once the transition closes you will be required to display assigned race number to enter and exit the transition or remove any equipment. Swim Caps colors and numbers will be assigned and must be worn. You will not be able to start the swim without your swim cap. Non-participants are not permitted in the transition area for any reason. Transition closes promptly at stated time. No entrance into transition will be permitted after stated time.

Entry Fee

Entry Fees below do not reflect $12 one-day license fee for multisport athletes who are NOT members USA Triathlon. We are required to collect these license fees and pass them directly to the appropriate event sanctioning body. ALL non-members are required to pay the one-day license fee. PARTICIPANT REFERRAL PROGRAM

Greenswell participant referral program enables you to get part of your fee back for successfully referring participants to the Columbus Y-Tri & Du and other Greenswell-owned events. After you register, you will receive a confirmation email containing your special referral link. Send this link to friends and for every friend that register using your special link, you will receive $5.00 referral commission *.

The Greenswell participant referral program is a great way not only for you to earn back entry fees, but if you are a coach, club program, charitable organization or a team, through the program you can earn money for your club, team or program through participation.

* Referrals are paid out on, the 15th of each month once their balance owed amounts to twenty-five dollars. Referral program is a cumulative program and your referral commission from multiple Greenswell-owned events are added together. Your referral commission as it earned is placed into a third-party trust and paid out as indicated. Please note that balances less than twenty-five dollars are paid out after the Greenswell season ends per commission trust guidelines.

Awards

Triathlon & Duathlon The top three overall finishers by gender and the top three division finishers by gender are elgible to receive an award commemorating their experience. Each member of the top relay team will receive a commemorative award. Awards will not be available at the event site. It is Greenswell's desire to reduce the event's environmental impact and reduce the cost of the event to increase the donation our charitable partner named for the event so athletes elgible for awards must request to receive their award to[email protected] within seven business days after the event. The awards will then be ordered for all those requesting an award and mailed when completed. Participants contacting us after the award notification period has expired to claim an award will be referenced to the award policy.

Policies & Refunds

Transfers - Event transfers within 10 days of event are subject to a $15 transfer fee + the incremental increase in Fee. There are no entry fee refunds for transferring from a longer distance to a shorter distance. All transfers must be received in writing at[email protected]. Refunds - There are no refunds if the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, due to events outside our control (weather, road construction, etc.).
