Welcome to the Iron Girl Rocky Gap Triathlon. Based on the unprecedented popularity of the Iron Girl Columbia Triathlon which was named The "Best Women's Event" in the Mid-Atlantic by Competitor Magazine, TriColumbia is pleased to present the 3rd annual Iron Girl Triathlon event on September 7, 2014 at The Rocky Gap State Park in Allegany County, MD.
Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in the Aquabike, a 0.62 mile swim in Centennial Lake, followed by a 16 mile bike through Centennial Lake Park.
The Iron Girl Rocky Gap Triathlon will benefit the Cumberland YMCA to
serve human needs in Allegany County and the Tri-State region through programs
and services that promote lifelong personal growth and the balanced development
of spirit, mind and body.
