The BEST new Duathlon on Long Island. No boring loops on this course. Take in the beauty of the beautiful Schiff reservation and the scenic roads or Wading River.
Course Information:
RUN 3.1 MILES: Athletes will enjoy an invigorating trail run through Camp Schiff. The terrain is packed dirt, some pavement, flats and hills. This "off-road" run around the lake is anything but "boring".
BIKE 15.2 MILES : Bike route takes athletes outside of Camp Schiff through the scenic roads of Wading River and Calverton.
RUN 1.3MILES: After a thrilling bike ride, athletes will finish off their race with another run through the scenic trails at Camp Schiff. Challenging but doable it is a great end of season race.
