2014 God's Country Off-Road Duathlon:
Join us for the 12th Annual God's Country Off-Road Duathlon.
Start your mult-sport season with a fun off-road duathlon.
The Lawrence River Trails are very fun and enjoyable for all ability levels.
Course Information:
Duathlon Race Course:
Both events begin with a 2 mile run consisting of levee and single track.
The bike leg consists of a 9 to 10 mile loop of mostly fast, hard-packed dirt singletrack with some roller coaster hills, some twisty, narrow sections, and a few log obstacles. It's a great trail for beginners and experts alike. Long course will complete the new section.
Final run leg (long course only) is a 2 mile trail run on single track and levee.
Directions:
From North Lawrence:
Take Elm Street East to 8th Street
Head South on 8th Street
Proceed up and over the levee to race venue.
