2014 Crookston Triathlon & Kids Tri:
All athletes will receive an event t-shirt included in a gift box of donated items.
All winners of each age group, both female and male will receive an event medal.
Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon:
Swim - 400 Meters (8 laps down and back)
Bike - 14 Miles (3.5 Mile course down and back, twice)
Run - 5k (1.55 mile course down and back to finish line)
Kids Triathlon:
Swim - 50 Meters (1 Lap down and back)
Bike - 2.4 Miles (.6 Mile course down and back, twice)
Run - 1.2 Miles (.6 Mile course down and back to finish line)
