At TRIMOM there is no such thing as too much open water time! Grab your wetsuit and join us for another chance to master the open water. Learn how to relax in the water and gain confidence in your swim! We will briefly assess stroke technique and demonstrate proper technique both on land and in the water. We will have mock starts and get used to the actual swim start on race day.
For the final training session prior to the OMG, we will continue to swim on the OMG course! We will cover specific race strategies, and again address open water techniques and answer questions that the athletes may have. We will hit the water for some open water group swim time. We will wrap up our clinic with a final question and answer period; walk through transition area, and include race week and race day tips to totally prepare our athletes for the OH MY GODDARD! THIS CLINIC IS NOT TO BE MISSED - Have those questions answered that you are afraid to ask!
