2014 McMinnville Parks & Rec Sprint Triathlon:

Come once again and enjoy beautiful Upper City Park. Participate or cheer on your friends then enjoy the wonderful restaurants and shops located in downtown McMinnville.
The swim is 500 yards at the Aquatic Center 25 yard 8 lane pool.
The bike is overwhelmingly flat and very fast with some rolling hills over the county roads of Yamhill county.
The run is flat and fast with one very small hill, finishing in the beautiful setting of Upper City Park.

Course Information:

Swim:

The swim will be a 500 yard indoor pool.

8 lanes, 25 yard pool.

We also have a small 20 yard pool that we put slower swimmers in.

Bike:

The bike will be 13.1 miles through Lower City Park out onto quiet city streets and out into Yamhill County.

Out and back, very flat and very fast.

Heavily patroled by Police and volunteers.

Run:

The run is flat and fast with one very small hill, finishing in the beautiful setting of Upper City Park.
