2014 Homewood-Flossmoor Indoor Triathlon:
Swim, bike and run at the 5th annual H-F Racquet & Fitness Club Indoor Triathlon.
Two dates available! Friday, Feb. 21 and Saturday, Feb. 22.
Club membership is not required.
Advanced entry closes Friday, Feb. 14.
Individual fees are $30 for residents, $35 for non-residents.
Team relay fees are $60 for residents, $75 for non-residents.
Course Information:
Swim:
- The swim portion (10:00) will be done in 25 yard Indoor Pool.
- Distance will be recorded to nearest 12 lap.
T-1: - There will be a 10:00 transition before bike portion.
Bike: - The bike portion (20:00) will be on Keiser Spin Bikes.
- Resistance will factor into distance.
- Distance will be recorded to the nearest tenth of a mile..
T-2: - There will be a 5:00 transition before run portion.
Run: - The run portion (15:00) will be done on LifeFitness Treadmills.
- Distance will be recorded to nearest tenth of a mile.
