Powell3 Triathlon Challenge is one of the most scenic races in Utah and Arizona. Set in Wahweep Marina in Glen Canyon National Park Powell3 shows off the landscape of the South West.
Course Information:
Sprint Distance
- Swim 750 Meters in a triangle format with a breathtaking morning sunrise over incredible red rock landscape.
-Transition out of the water 400 yards up a boat ramp (good climb)
- Bike 12 Miles in a loop fashion around Glen Canyon National Park. The bike course is in Utah and Arizona. There is a good climb around Mile 7 to 8 on this bike ride however it sets up a great down hill ride back to transition.
- Run 3.1 Miles in an out and back along a slight incline but down it to finish.
