We offer four triathlons in three days: kids, super-sprint, sprint, and half-iron. The Finger Lakes region is a beautiful part of this country, and each leg consists of a single loop so you can enjoy as much of it as possible.

Course Information:

Swim in a clear, calm lake, bike and run on scenic, rolling terrain with few motorized vehicles. Please see the race website for maps, elevation profiles, and descriptions.
