The TriDeltathon, the oldest running pool triathlon in the country, will celebrate 3 decades by going back to the past with the REVERSE RETRO format used in the first 20 editions. Competitors will run/bike/swim as in the old days, before chip timing made swim time trial starts possible. Special anniversary race swag will highlight the 30th edition, including special retro shirts and awards. Relay division available. Volunteer support, as usual, is provided by the ladies of Delta Delta Delta sorority, with proceeds going to East TN Childrens Hospital. The TriDeltathon is also the first leg of the 2014 Fleet Feet Grand Prix Sprint series. Non USAT sanctioned race.
