2014 Wildwood YMCA Indoor Sprint Triathlon:
- At your start time, you will begin a 10-minute swim in the pool.
- You will then have 10 minutes to transition to the cycling area for a 30-minute ride on one of our Spinner Blade bikes.
- You will have 5 minutes to move to a treadmill for a 20 minute run/ walk.
- Race volunteers will record the total distance covered during your swim, bike and run.
- The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
- For ages 13 and up.
- Fee: $30, Y members pay only $25.
- Includes official dri-fit event t-shirt.
