2014 Fitness 4 all Extreme Mud Run Obstacle Course:
At the Fitness 4 All Extreme Mud Run Obstacle Course Event, our mission is to provide a fun-filled family event for people of all fitness levels while raising money for charities and local organizations such as Cedar Creek Church, Cross Roads Community Church, and the Terry Farrell Firefighter Fund.
The Fitness4All Xtreme Mud Run is an Xtremely challenging and fun mud obstacle course that is designed for the competitive obstacle course athlete, the weekend mud warrior, and family recreational fun!
While everyone will traverse the same course dont worry if some obstacles are too Xtreme (detours are available).
The Xtreme course is both competitive and recreational.
The competitive waves will be timed with a chip timing system.
The course will require cardio, upper and lower body strength, as well as dedication and hard work to complete all obstacles.
However, youll have the option to bypass any obstacle that youre not comfortable tackling.
